Refund policy

We at HG Jewelery always ensure that the our products are sent to you with the best quality and condition. But, circumstances beyond our control can sometimes occur and we want nothing less than the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason we provide exchanges and refunds.

Our products can only be exchanged:

Suppose the item is found to be damaged upon arrival. In this case, you will need to provide proof, including a photo of the damaged piece. Here we can offer you a replacement. However, please get in touch with us within 48 hours; otherwise, we will unfortunately be unable to assist you. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by us.

For residents of the UAE only:

If there is a slight issue with the size of the item, we will gladly take it back and adjust it free of charge. However, if the size is too small and you want to adapt to a much larger size, we may not be able to accommodate the change. In this case, we must offer you an exchange. Always ensure you check for the correct size before making a purchase. Adjustments and exchanges can take up to 10 days.


For international customers:

We apologize to our international customers. If you would like to return an item for adjustment, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

For refunds:

As mentioned above, if the item is found to be damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours. In this case, you will need to provide proof, including a photo of the damaged piece. Here, if you don't want the replacement option provided above, we can always offer you a refund. 

If you do not have proof that the item was damaged and, for various reasons, would like a refund, you will only receive a refund once the item is returned to us. Here, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
